I know for a fact that steam works with WINE. But actual gaming … well, I’ve never really had the inclination to try it out. The older the game is, the likelier it is to work though. Give it a shot. Currently my speed here precludes any real attempt.
Like I said, I have windows for gaming. And that’s about it.
Much like I have Windows for syncing my iPhone, and that’s about it.
I wish I had taken it from a better angle. Maybe my next play through. Unless I get something better/cooler this play through. d:

I also have trouble finding a decent flashget replacement. The Downthemall extention has weird file association issues in ubuntu. For example if the default to open a txt is set to gedit, it would weirdly associate with nano instead. I don’t get it…

At least for this week, I like to change them around every couple of weeks. I got these at SciFiMeshes.com, there are hundreds of gorgous pics there. A lot of talented artists post there work there.
That one looks professionally made. I have 3 or 4 starship designs in my head I’d like to see made. But, it would take me two years to learn the proper techniques to make them myself. And, being a perfectionist, I’m not sure I wouldn’t become (more) insane during the process.

I fully understand the curse of perfectionism, it makes you very good at what you do… if you ever get around to it.
But you can never enjoy anything you accomplish, because all you ever see are the flaws.
Everyone else however sees the beauty of your work… While the perfectionist only sees what they would do different next time. It has taken most of my life to learn to ‘let go’…
There are numerous ‘new designs’ on the site, many of them are quite clever. Who knows maybe some of them might inspire you to ‘dabble’ with making one yourself…
