Trademark laws would have to be changed to stop him. If he was smart he’d be working out a deal with them and profit instead…but well, we all saw the Prequels so you know… 
That’s the thing, trademark laws haven’t changed over the past few decades, but the court rulings on what constitutes ‘dilution’ has gotten completely out of control.
