Awesome. I just called the hotel and talked to Melanie and she converted my rate to the $79 per night GWC Rate. I thought it was going to be some big deal but the call took less than 2 minutes.
And by “little chat” do you mean in the “cool Sean smooth talker way” or the “mobster threatening her cats with a “tragic accident” kinda way”?
Perhaps a shade of both

Also, to anyone who booked and either did not get what they wanted or was charged a different rate, send me your reservation name and I will make sure you get all straightened out.

ok, so. tried booking the room. I fail because my CC expires b4 the meetup, and the new one wont arrive until next month.
As a side note, if you are getting there before thurs, they are BOOKED. full. 0 rooms available so you will be staying elsewhere if u dont have a room yet.
Satuday night is “out of block” so if you are staying saturday and sunday night its an extra $10. not the end of the world, but its good to know.

Agreed. Not right. I just called today and had them fix my reservation. $79.00 for checking in Thursday and checking out Sunday.

My card’s good until Sept, so I’ve taken care of our room reservation, but they did that to me, too. I’ve left a voicemail for Natalie (she was in a meeting) so hopefully it will be resolved soon. And we can motel 6 it wed night near the airport, no prob.
Rachel, got your email with the 4 night price with two nights wrong. Kicked it to them to fix. Should get an answer soon In short, on it.
