I am bummed you won’t be able to join us. I had avacation I needed to use by the end of the year, so I took a few days off.

I know Stevie and I talked about taking a walk through Central Park, and he may bring Pixel (his dog) on the walk with us. So if we have lunch somewhere near the park that would be cool.
I think we can be flexible about the 9ish time due to train schedules. I can meet up with TG at Grand Central, and then we can meet up with Rae (And maybe Badger) at GC, Penn, or someplace in between.
I had though about suggesting that we start lunch at 11:30 to get in with the early lunch crowd, but it will probably be better for the working crue to start at 12:00, it will give them time to get to wherever we decide to meet.
Speaking of which, where will we meet for lunch? Anybody from NYC have any suggestion on someplace close to the southern part of Central park, or shall we surprise ourselves? If it’s a nice day, is there someplace in the park to get food? Anyone have any diet restrictions that we should know about before hand?
Well here is the issue - if I get the Off peak round trip, I have to arrive after 9:30 am, but that also means I can’t leave NYC before 4 and 7 pm, but it saves me $4…so I don’t know. There is an 8:30 train that arrives at Penn at 9:40. Which I think is the best option for me. I am sure I can find something to do if we all break up before 7 pm (but I have a feeling that some of us may end up grabbing a drink after work or something.
I really think we should pick a place to meet for lunch before we get there since we are not the best at making decisions and well the NYC group may be limited on time - so if we decide before we go we won’t delay them.
Solai/Yorrick/'Talos/Stevie - any suggestions???

Cool - I am sure we will figure it out. So far the weather is looking glorious - 50’s, dry and sunny.
Now we just need a place for lunch so I can let Tony and Steve know. I figure if we just wander until lunch time and then go from there.
I wish you could be there with us too. I miss you guys. Although most of the crue coming on Thursday I haven’t seen since you were in town (only 'Talos and Steve have I seen recently - 'Talos when GR was in town and 'Talos/Mrs. 'Talos and Stevie at the con a couple weekends ago.
But just think we have the meet-up in the spring to look forward to.
OK. Since everyone, I believe, is meeting outside my door @ 57th St. and 8th Ave. There are plenty of places to eat. Sit down and take-out. Personally, I’m for take-out cuz we can eat in the Park.

The rain is supposed to stop during the baseball game on Wednesday (since it is Phillies/Yankees we are getting weather updates for New York).
I will let Yorick and Steviespin know - we are meeting near ‘Talos’ work (57th and 8th).
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again (and meeting you, Solai for the first time).
