Spaceman Spliff
yes…yes she did…giggedy
I beg to differ - it did need saving…but I agree - I did greatly appreciate the breasts
To continue on the subject of breasts …
Dina’s were okay. I appreciated seeing them as I appreciate seeing any breasts in film. I’m in favor of gratuitous nudity in many forms. (Though, please warn me next time Viggo is going to be floppin’ all over the screen … I’m looking at you, Eastern Promises …) Dina has natural, normal breasts appropriate for a woman her age. Compared to many other Hollywood bosoms, however, she is lacking. The thing that made that scene hot was the shirt half over the head kiss.
Angelina has gloriously displayed herself since she first appeared in film in Cyborg 2. Foxfire, Hackers, Gia, Pushing Tin, and others, Angelina has given us many opportunities to glimpse perfection and only when compared to her or others like her does Dina suffer. That is unfair, as Dina is gorgeous and I’ll easily admit, out of my league.
I’ll finish with telling all you guys that if you haven’t seen the new Friday the 13th movie, go see it. Lots of gratuitous nudity. Plus, I think I might kill one of my friends for the “stupendous” girl.
It’s fascinating which subjects get people to post here…
Welcome aboard, eljeffex!
Since I had to look for the Trek previews on my own after listening to the podcast, instead of hate mail I think there should be a new forum/thread called ‘David’s Links’ (or something like that).
A reference Gia in yr first post? A hearty welcome to ya.
Yeah, I’ve been listening to GWC for over a year, but it takes a discussion of breasts to pull me into the forums to post. I actually saw Cyborg 2 when it first hit DVD back in the day and instantly “crushed” on Angelina. It kinda annoyed me when she hit it big and everyone knew who she was. As if having the hots for an actress a few years before everyone else somehow gave me a claim on her. sigh
Of course, I do have a friend who said he’d stab me in the throat for Jennifer Connelly, so we’re an odd bunch.
Well, now that the breasts and vaguely stalkerish talk is out of the way, I guess I should say, “Hi!” Thanks for the podcast, gang. And thanks for the welcome, fellow listeners.
I just wanted to say that I love the 'cast. I love the fact that you are prolific regardless of whether the show that spawned the 'cast is broadcasting or not. And as someone who often has time to kill at work, but must still look vaguely busy, I love that your show regularly comes in at two hours or more. It’s appreciated.
As a fellow Texan from the Dallas region, I’ll have to buy you guys a beer and a Frito pie sometime.
Mmmmm…Frito pie…
Just have to say, “Frito Pie” fills me with as much horror as, say, “Chitlins.”
Save me some Collard Greens, though. Extra hots.
My mom used to make a taco salad with chili cheese Fritos, sauce, lettuce, cheese, and seasoned ground beef. It was super good (though it could certainly stand improving) and apparently is different than the “Frito pie” everyone else talks about. I don’t like calling anything that’s not actually a pie “pie”, because then it sounds like something a cow left behind it.
Mmmm…Chitlins…
Might just do that!!
But for now - here is what geeked out the GWC folk…

seen it 20 times and I still get chills…
Here you go.
Here’s all the current trailer’s, much better quality.
Sorry to quote so much, just need a reference. Ok, I re-watched the “Human Experiments” chapter in the Extended version of Razor. At around 43 minutes in, Young Bill walks into the facility. He see’s what looks like Human Arms but at a closer look, they are metal limbs covered in Human Skin. So it can be assumed that this is a facility that was designed to create the first Skin jobs (Al bet before the FF get there, since they wouldn’t try to simply cover a metal body with skin).
When he walks further in, he sees what looks to me like one of the first Goo Tanks (either Resurrection or Hybrid Home Goo Tank) and puts his hand in it. He looks around and a hand grabs him from the tank and tries to pull him in. He fights to free himself, then everything changes in a blink and there is no hand there grabbing him and he falls back. When he looks at the tank, nothing is there and the water is calm. In the background you can here the old man Hybrid say “All this has happened before, it will happen again” A few minutes later, the war is ‘ended’ and he is evacuated from the planet.
(whispering) keep sending Chu/Sean/Dra your Trek stuff. I could listen and talk about Star Trek 26 hours a day (whispering off)
You’re right Kardus…I dunno how to explain that. It doesn’t make a lot of sense with the information we have currently.
I really hope something is uncovered which could make this possible. I mean, that is a really interesting link between where the Cylons were and how they came to this point.
I am hoping that was Anders, but I am thinking it was just another amazing Hybrid with the power of prophesy which activated in Anders when he became BSG’s Hybrid.
Um, is that an April Fool’s Joke? Please?
