Doc Cottle was teh awesome!
It’s like a real-life version of C&A’s minor characters action figures.
Anyone here know someone who knows Figurski?

Ok, The Rock was good. Bad Boys 1 was not. There is no amount of creative writing, CGI, make-up, or prosthesis that could convince me that Tea Leoni is the sexual interest in a blockbuster action movie.
And I haven’t seen Bad Boys 2 yet. Well, I’ve seen part of it.
For the minority of those who may actually own a Zune, I noticed recently that Microsofts “Zune” store is also selling all seasons including Season 4 of BSG, as well as many other Universal/NBC TV series.
I was more easily convinced.
Yeah. What a dog. Long-legged blonds…yuck. (!!!)
A dog? Yeah, I’d dog her. IYKWIM
I was looking for the non-talking Garfield thing that Chuck mentioned (all I could find was this)). I also stumbled across a similar (if not even more surreal) concept called Garfield Minus Garfield. Some of them are actually sort of depressing.
Pilots often go off on a tangent that the series itself moves away from, especially with sci-fi and fantasy shows. In fact, that same scene establishes a plot point about the Goa’uld and Jaffa that was completely retconned afterwards. Like Audra said, it started on Showtime, so I’d imagine that they’d planned on appealing to a more adult audience originally until realizing how broad their viewer base could be if it was a bit more family-friendly.
What separates gratuitous and non-gratuitous, I wonder? I think you mentioned just recently starting to watch Stargate. I’m curious what you’d think about Daniel’s “nude” scene in Season 7 (similar to the beginning of John Doe and Angel’s return from Hell in Buffy). Oh, and you mentioned the shower scene in Starship Troopers; it’s actually a lot more “fair and balanced” depending on the version you see (though still gratuitous). I hesitate to go into more detail after seeing a 12yo in this thread.
Oh, he’s already gone no doubt, off to Google “Starship Troopers” and any like permutations…
I see that you changed your search string. Trying not to make it too easy, eh?
Oh, word. That was just some of the silliest craaaaaaap I’ve ever seen in my life. “Oh, we may be contaminated. We’d better strip down to our skivvies, and I’ll rub this green gel all over your pert Vulcan body.”
Thank you and the artwork is really great.
I can’t stop reading these. They can be depressing, but if you take them as black humor they can be hysterically funny.
I think that nudity is great and more actresses, especially the hot ones should do nudity. It’s fun and it turns me on, and if I’m shelling out $20 to go to a movie, I expect to at least get the same visual stimulation that the $20 would buy at a strip club.
we need a boobies smiley!
:boobies: should =
Not that I’ve checked on prices or anything, but it would probably cost more than that to get Meryl Streep to give you a lap dance.

Is it Mardi Gras already?
I love black humor, but some of these are downright disturbing, probably moreso because the source material is so light-hearted. Of course, I read through all of them before I posted it here.
I’m not sure if this was brought up or not, but did anyone notice Baltar’s dramatic facial hair change? At the start of the season (and throughout 3) Baltar was sporting the Jesus look. Now that he’s getting all religious with head six, his regrowing facial hair almost looks satanic. I might be looking into things a bit too much, but I think it would be cool if the facial hair was correlated to his religious symbolism in a way.
James can grow facial hair at will, so if it’s at a particular length, there’s a reason for it.
Welcome aboard, and awesome name, BTW!
Tighlenol, love the handle!
Is that his mutant power?
