That seems bizarre.
I figured that’s what we’d end up with. They did the same thing with Bones, but there are 7 more episodes of that one, prob’ly cause it got bumped more often because of Amer-Idol.
So all in all, an entertaining episode but not one that will stick wiht me.
Except for the baby part… how are they going to fit that into the Faux- and O- character arcs?
I just hope they don’t have the kid keep aging at an accelerated rate.
I think they would have been happier with the actual baby, and better if Fauxlivia had died at the birth, so that she couldn’t interfere, but they’ll settle for the blood…for now.

He had a choice. He knew about her condition. Either watch as she goes through gestation and watch them both die. Or roll the dice and do it this way. By the way he did it it doesn’t track back to him YET. Remember Astrid is still working on who would know about her condition. She is going to put the pieces together. Then watch out, Lincoln is more then likely to confront Walternate with it. Then sadly it’s Bye Bye Lincoln. Hey Maybe he will be shot in the head by Agent Ford Booth.
He could also have let her get an abortion and live without a baby. You know, if he weren’t evil inside.
