“Thermal cooling is coming off nominal.”

The lander is also beginning to heat up.

Rollie to Donner:
I need you to think about your launch sequence.

Donner:
I’ll think about. We’re gonna hold off on that for now.

(No way will Donner leave Zoe behind)

Rollie:
You’re gonna have to be ready when she goes down.

Donner:
I heard you the first time. I get it. And it’s not Mars. I got that too.

Ted on the Antares:
I know he said this isn’t Mars, but this it’s exactly what happened on Mars.

Nadia:
Then you have to stop him. Talk some sense into him.

Donner:
When she goes down, I’ll go. Until then, she get every chance.

Paula finishes the pre-recorded segment. She made it through somehow.

Mission Control:

“Zoe’s running a low grade fever.”

“She’s approaching the target.”

Nadia:
“Donner needs to get off. The lander is going to start falling apart. It won’t make it back to the ship.”

Nadia to Donner (in a panicked voice):
“Donner, you need to start your launch sequence.
(Now shouting) Now, Donner, now. start your launch sequence!”

Wass:
"She’s stopping. She’s at the site.

Zoe arrives at the site.

First she sees the Gamma object in the same form as Beta.
Then she sees the object in the form of a naked baby surrounded in glowing light.

Zoe:
“It’s here. Ma baby is here.”

The images transmitted to Antares and Mission Control, show the glowing Gamma object.

The Gamma object/ baby levitates toward Zoe.

Zoe: “He’s coming to me. He’s floating up to me.”
(One cute baby!)

On Antares
Jen can finally see the beautiful Gamma object.

“Oh Zoe, it’s amazing”

Donner:
Zoe, listen. As soon as you have it, you need to start back for the land.

Zoe: Roger that.

Mission Control: “20mins on the surface. Thermal cooling is starting to fail.”

Mission Control:

"Internal temperature in the suit is 40 degres C.
That’s 104 F.
That’s the same on the lander

Zoe starts back for the lander.

Zoe:
I have him in my arms.

Donner:
Alright go. Go for the lander, hurry.

Wass:
She’s got it. She’s got Gamma.

Nadia:
Doesn’t matter. She’ll never make it.

Wass:
You don’t know that.

Zoe making her way back to the lander Gamma/baby in her arms.

Zoe:
I’m coming Donner.
I’m coming with our baby.
Coming with our baby boy.

(The look on Donner’s face…)

Donner flashbacks to the day Zoe collapses outside the hospital 5 years earlier.

Finally it all dawns on him.

On Antares:
Jen:
“Zoe’s burst cyst in the first year of training was a botched abortion.”

Mintz:
“And Donner was the father”
