That sounds as romantic as anything I could think of, and your kids will probably really appreciate being able to share something so personal about their parents’ lives before them once they are old enough to understand the concept of parents’ lives before them. That’s really cool.
Yes, well if you think memories of me almost losing my wedding ring whilst dancing with one of the brides maids is romantic, then power power to ya.

Last paper turned in, one class worth of grades done I’m free until Friday when the last bunch of grades roll in. I’m liking it
Even though I don’t have the files to grade the final section of exams, that will take all of 2 hours tomorrow. As a reward for finishing the semester, spouse and I bought mariokart for my wii. ! Super Mario Kart was the only game I was ever better than my brother at as a kid, so this is near and dear to my heart. Woot!!
19 more days of students, 3 post plan. I will make it to to end.
My finals finished on Thursday, and I get a little bit of R&R. I will not have to retake Organic II, which is all I could really hope for from that class. I still don’t know how I did in my Differential Equations class, but I’m happy with the rest of my grades.
I went out to see Star Trek then out for drinks (had the best White Russian I’ve ever had. The Dude abides!) and pub grub. Been a long time since I’ve been able to let my hair down like this. I like it.
I went to Wolverine and Star Trek. Now that I am caught up with the movies what is next. They were great.
I’m going to try Angels and Demons next Sunday!
just got home from hospital, very tired, quite a bit of pain and discomfort, but i’m happier than I’ve ever been… I won’t say exactle what the cool crap I’ve acquired arem, but rest assured, they’re all good. all i wanna do now is see Star Trek and sleep… possibly even in that order.
Trying to keep the universe balanced:
Extended family came over today for Mother’s Day. My dad taught my 7-year-old cousin (8 on Thursday) how to pitch, and I caught for him. We had fun, and I got to eat real food and cake.
