Welcome to the Browncoats!
These folks tend to do that.
Hah, no single siblings left in that clan really.
Forgot to add, there are two things on my long term buy list for her. Killer Instinct I and II in the full sized arcade versions.
She can sweep the floor with me in those games…
Also, no extra copies of Goldeneye that I know of.
I opened my mail today, and I’m suddenly 1 step closer to becoming a fosterer
Kids or Beer?
Kids.
The beer tastes terrible.
Also, as a lady, I only drink sherry from a small glass while making polite conversation with the vicar about the primroses dontchu know?
But yeah, Fosters is a bloody horrible beer, it’s ALL about the vodka for me.
One step closer. Is that close or are there many more steps to go?
Good luck.
A friend at work just let me borrow his copy of Glee. Maybe I can catch up now.
There are many more steps to go, they need to make sure I’m not some freaky deaky deviant:o
yey! Gleek!
I stayed up late last night and watched the first 6 episodes. I love it! From this day forward when I hear ‘Put a Ring On It’ I’ll have to giggle.
At one point, we had 2 copies.
I’ve managed to convince my professor that we don’t need to have lab on the Friday before spring break (first day of meet-up), meaning I can make it just in time for the live podcast.
I also felt pretty good about the test I took yesterday (first one of the semester), and I didn’t completely choke on the nonnumerical portion of a test that I took today (the rest of the test is Monday).
A while back, I managed to buy a rare CD of Lawrence Rosenthal’s score for Clash of The Titans.
It is a great GREAT game
I’m SURE you aced it!
My cool thing is a small thing, but I got hit on at the Gym today, not something I’d ever act on, but a nice ego stroke
Got a second monitor today. Might switch which one is on which side, but this is how I have them set up for now.
So we have this trendy brother/sister pair who frequent our Starbucks, and yesterday, my fellow barista Nicole and I were speculating about them (if you don’t think the friendly coffee folk behind the counter are talking about you after you leave, think again).
Chad and Dawn are both highly attractive, and very fit, and always dressed in the trendiest of clothes. And of course, they’re very nice people, which makes you want to hate them more. We were trying to figure out what their story was, and Nicole imagined them making fitness videos.
I really couldn’t top that image, but I had always thought of Chad–with his spiky hair, painted nails, and tattoos–as the rock star type.
So when Chad visited yesterday, Nicole asked him what he did for a living.
Get this: He’s the drummer for Cavo, a local St. Louis band who’s recently gone national, and whose song “Let It Go” is on the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen soundtrack.
I so called it. I literally have a rock star at my Starbucks!
I’ve always used the smaller monitor on the left as a palletes, etc. secondary monitor. And always have them connecting only on the top right/bottom left (to prevent accidental mouse traveling.)
But that’s a Mac setup, and Windows seems to do things backwards (drives and new files on the left of the desktop instead of the right, etc.,) so the opposite may work better for you.
I shoveled a craaaaapload of snow today, and while I am incredibly sore now, it felt good. (I guess my body’s craving a return to regular exercise here.) There were a few times there, though, when I wish I had Thot’s snowblower.
Nice Caracal. (:
