There’s a nice built in desk in the upper living area, and my pictures of me with Jewel Staite, Morena Baccarin, and Jonathan Frakes are going up on the wall next to it 
That costume is going to be awesome.
I had lots of ideas this year just no time to do them, so I’ve been recycling my convention costumes (and of course no one seems to ever know who I am).
Probably going to just do our Buy More costumes this weekend for both parties and the TMBG concert

My cool craaaap is nowhere near this cool, but it’s nice: I got home really late last night and went straight to bed. This morning the Mrs. says to me to look in the Target bag to see if the meds she’d picked up for me at the pharmacy were the right ones. In the bag, along with the meds, was a copy of “The Plan” on DVD. Squee!

The wife and I rented a condo like that before moving into our house. We didn’t have any trouble with the association and the rules didn’t seem onerous. The worst was having to move our cars when the snow plows came around, but, of course, it wasn’t me doing the shoveling.

Yeah, and we’ve got record highs right now. It was 91 when I was driving back to my apartment after the delivery.
Yeah, I’ve got a washer and dryer coming in on Wednesday, but after that, no major purchases for a few months.
finally pushed back the swine flu; it took a lot out of me but like the romans my immune system came, saw, and conquered. and it only took 5 bottles of NyQuil, Is it weird that i kind liked the taste by the end

Makes me wonder why people don’t critique Wolverine’s or the Twilight Vampire’s hair… I’m a guy, and I can understand making Wolverine look like his comic book counterpart. But, how do you explain the Twilight guy?
And, he looks like he’s eating something sour or pouting. That’s attractive? Really?
I don’t personally find him attractive; if I wanted an angsty vampire, I’d go for Angel. And Bella ain’t exactly a ray of sunshine, either. But to each their own.
The Blockbuster Video store down the road is being closed so they’re selling everything that isn’t nailed down. I managed to get season 1 of Chuck for only 20 bucks. Yay!

I got a netbook! It arrived on Friday, a few days earlier than I expected, but I was afraid to crack it open 'cause it was so new and shiny! We just got a fourth roommate, so we can now afford Internet and DirectTV, so this means I can now participate in Frak Parties!!
Internet was supposed to get installed today, but I don’t think it happened, so I will sadly not be able to join in a frak party for V, which I’ve been impatiently eager for. But soon, my friends. Very soon.
