This year our “cultural outing” will be in downtown Dallas at the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science. We don’t have times nailed down yet, but I kind of like the idea of:
Sat am: Tattoo group and Museum groups depart
Museum group: go somewhere to eat first, then museum, then back to hotel area.
Anyone who wants: Go see Paul at Cinemark West Plano (about 10-minute drive from hotel).
But I am open to other post-museum options!
Hmmmm…This one I might venture out for (hey what can I say my degree is in Biology and Wildlife Management)… not that I wouldn’t have enjoyed the art last year and the grassy knoll the year before, but I am a sucker for Nature and Science.

Activity Suggestion: Nerf War
As much as I love natural history museums, I’m going to go see my Aunt and Uncle who live in Hurst that morning for brunch or lunch Saturday. My Aunt is recovering from surgery of the brain from last March still. 
I only get to see them like every other year so I want to take a few hours to see them too. Then I’ll head back to Aloft and see who’s there and then prolly head over to the Rover for the rest of the afternoon.
Oh darn it. I was just there at the Nature and Science museum a few weeks ago. I wasn’t super thrilled with the dino exhibit either
I guess it might be more fun with a larger group of people though. We shall see~

You need to remember that the airlines all charge for checked bags now! You keep posting about everything you’re going to bring and I keep thinking that your wallet is going to majorly empty by the time you get to Texas. 
I was thinking Nerf war as a post museum/tats/sleeping it off activity. Find a park and scare some joggers.
