This next episode is about Cyclop’s family history… “Orphan’s End.”
On the other hand, he never met a Jean Grey he didn’t like.
Frellin’ Mr. Sinister.
Have you checked out Generation Hope? What’s awesome about Hope Summers is she treats Cyclops like the dick he is, even thought he’s technically her adopted grandfather.
“I can’t tell you… that he’s Scott’s father.”
Um, I’m Wolverine, remember? Super-senses? I can hear you, even if I leave the room.
“My father is dead!”
I haven’t read any non-zombie X-Men since the '90s. I wouldn’t know where to start.
How was that helping, exactly?
There’s so much, but the recent launch of Wolverine and the X-Men and the relaunch of Uncanny after Schism is a good place.
Do dogtags normally contain family portraits?
What’s Schism?
“I SHALL MEET YOU… AT THE MONORAIL!”
I just literally LOL’d.
I like their parrot-bots. ツ
Cyclops and Wolverine split the team after disagreeing over training young mutants to fight. Cyclops sees them as soldiers. Wolverine wants to train them to control their powers but keep them out of the fight.
Cyclops establishes his team on Utopia, an island off San Francisco. He creates the Extinction Team, comprised of the world’s most powerful mutants, to protect mutantkind from threats - by any means necessary. Generation Hope - the team made up of the only mutants to emerge since the Scarlet Witch depowered most of the world’s mutants - search for new mutants - the “Lights.”
Wolverine establishes the Jean Grey Institute for Higher Learning in Westchester, where the Xavier Institute had been destroyed. He also leads X-Force, searching for the rumored reincarnation of Apocalypse.
CHODE!
He’s my favorite!
I always think of Choda Boy. “CROTCH ROCKET!!!”
Wow. That’s a lot.
That’s leaving out a lot.
These are the current X-Titles.
I’ve been catching up on the adventures of Thanos since the Infinity Gauntlet, even before… well, you know… Before that, I was working my way through some of the big DC events of the past few years. The convoluted X-titles have definitely been on the back burner.
