Its time to foccus on the posiitivde…well as positivbv e as we can ever get. Everyone knows that everybody in Galactica has a bit of a Douche in them. But out of all of these,w ho is the least douche?

Now, I put Gata in here for all of you to ocmpare some of these characters cough Helo and Tigh cough to Gata. I put Baltar twice because Baltar needs to be in every poll, and if he has the chance of wining, you still need that second option of Baltar. Okay, Baltar as a choice shouldn’t win. Therefore, the second Baltar is not voting for Baltar,

I had to vote for Adama.

He is not a douche, but he is a complete hardass. He does not vasilate about his opinions, his options, or his commitments. That may not make him popular, but everyone knows where he stands.

Gaeta may not like him, but we have established that Gaeta is, in fact, a douche.

Helo. It probably helps that he hasn’t had much to say or do for the past three episodes. The man’s got a good moral core and all, but the douchiness seems to be contagious.

I’d vote for Starbuck just going by this episode…but come on, Helo is always a not-douche. Even just standing there, he exudes not-doucheness.

Cause to tap a bald chick is very open minded and non douchey of him.

I would’ve voted Tyrol if it had been an option. I think he’s dealing with everything miraculously well.

I have to go with Helo. He’s made some mistakes but he has always maintained his moral compass.

I would vote on Zarek if he were in the list.
I might not agree with some of this acts and positions, but the fleet does need some kind of opposition, since Roslin and Lee are as lost as a dog in a firework show…the “democracy” in the fleet has become a big fat joke for a couple of years now.

Sure, Helo is cool but then again he doesn’t have to make too many tough calls. So my vote went for Tyrol.

This was a hard one, there are a number of not so doucie characters that I could easily voted for. In the end I went with Tigh. He might be broken, he might not be as smartest but one thing about Tigh… no matter how rough it gets you can count on Tigh.

He is the one when the four realized they were cylons sucked it up and kept going. He understood that being clyon or human does not matter, what matters is what you do. I don’t recall the exact dialog but something like: I am the man I always was and if I die today I die that man.

He is the one that gave himself up a one of the FF telling Bill to stick him in the air lock to stop D’Anna and save the fleet.

He is the one that Bill leans on when Bill needs to lean.

Tigh may not have had the guuuuuuts to tell Adama about his cylonicity,his final fiviness per se, but he could never be a douche. Even when he’s baby-gushing with Caprica Six, he is still douche-free. Not to say that baby-gushing is a douchey pursuit…

Very true. At least in the past couple seasons, he’s been consistently douche-free in his actions. But especially since the Cylon thing happened.

Helo definitely, but Athena gives him a run for his money in my book. I love that they stand together - and I hope it continues.

I went with Athena over Helo on this one. Helo was kinda a douche at time…just a little when he doesn’t get what he wants (which is often the right thing but he can be a bit whiney)

Helo all the way. Even when he’s being kind of dumb - still not a douche.
