Why Strait Edge? I am so very not.

I did not know that, I guess to avoid THAT confusion, he could go with Straitedge.

That was my school mascot when I was a kid.

my jr hi was eagle; hi school was devil–of course that got changed in recent years by rabid god-fearing parents. now the side of the school reads “Home of the Champions”

My HS mascot was the Mighty Hopper, as in grasshopper. For graduate school the mascot was the Golden Flash. Anyone is free to use either of those if they wish.

In your signature, sandwich the image address between (IMG) and (/IMG) , but with brackets. My Photobucket address didn’t work for some reason, so I saved the image elsewhere.

Matilda for RS - We’ll see if he has the guts to go with it. Classic type impertinent fly boy name for a tough guy in the squadron.

Plus, he’s Australian, so it works on two levels.

I gotta say, Matilda has a certain ‘cleverness’ and distinguishable ‘Australianness’ to it. But then, I’m not a raving flag-waving patriot, and often cringe at the behaviour of my fellow countrymen when they are overseas. And, of course, it is a girly handle. (Not that girly can’t be macho and butch…) Oh, and three syllables.

But Skeptic? I’ll take that any day; wear it as a badge of pride! (Looking through my bookmarks, I see links and RSS feeds from: Pharyngula, Bad Astronomer, RichardDawkins.net, Neurologica, Freethought Radio, Skepticality, Are We Alone, and many more… So yes, that tag does fit…)
