And for the record, if every episode this season is as intense as the first three have been (what with no “filler” episodes and all) then I’m going to need angina medication by mid June.

I wish they would have taken their time and made Tory’s transition more gradual and disturbing. Something that would give people more pause for thought about what it means to be human or not.
There is something to the quick transition Cylon(z) go through. I think it’s meant to be that way. There are machines afterall and able to process faster than humans. It makes sense that they would process emotional change quicker once they accept their cylon heritage.
Well Chief isn’t changing that quick and Boomer had some real doubts about herself.

okay, i’m probably gonna catch some flak for this, but was anyone else waaaaay more bothered by Cally in this episode than by Tory? i mean, granted, that’s still murder and all, but there was just some tiny tiny part of me that was ever so slightly glad to see Cally go. don’t hate on me too hard…

She sure was stupidly human. She should have kept her cool and collected evidence to give to Adama and the president. But you know those humans, they’re just not all that rational. They let their feelings tear them apart.

I don’t know if there was even a transition for Tory. To me, Tory seems to have been capable of doing what she did to Cally even before Tory came out of the Cylon closet.
I was just watching a bit again and she is COLD. After knocking Cally down she seems to wait until Cally is up and fully aware of what is happening… looks her in the eye and only then turns the key and then hits the button.
Scary, yes. Disturbing? Not in the way I meant it. Disturbing is when you identify with a character going down the dark path and understand their choices – when you can say, “yes, I might have gone there.” That would require seeing the transition and understanding it.
Tory is no longer sympathetic. That was all a mask.
Turns out Head Baltar might have been wrong to say “she’s fragile.”

Before, like in last week’s episode, I found her hot, but now with what happend in this weeks episode… I’d much rather beat her with a stick if I was in that fictional-universe. She’s tapped in to her Cylon strength it seems - making her even scarier.
Interesting pattern there with Baltar, and you can soon add Starbuck to the list if you can’t already. I wonder how that reporter lady is doing now…, she was in yesterday’s episode.
