Did they do that on Halloween?
Or did I just answer my own question? I mean, it’s kinda obvious. Halloween just past, it’s on youtube…you know…
I lurves Faith No More.
The date is also in the title of the vid.
Ah. It’s that readiing thing. I haz problems.
Me too! This song, Woodpecker from Mars, Epic, and their version of War Pigs used to be on permanent repeat between scenes during rehearsals of Guys and Dolls sophmore year. Ahhhhh, memories!
Oh, and I should add, I’m now totally listening to them on youtube, so here ya go:
^^^ They make it sound like Iommi wrote it with the trumpet in mind, don’t they? The B-sides comp has a few swell covers, can’t remember what they are offhand. Think there’s a Clash one.
The trumpets were indeed amazing! I love Cake! How did I miss this album entirely?!?
well funny thing i tried to come up with a top 5 fav bands, which feels a little like figuring out which is your favorite child. but the bellrays just missed it so i feel guilty. without further ado.
Dang! I’ve been listening to “Superman” by The Blanks on podcast #194, over and over again… I simply love that song~!
RT @jefito RT @DanielNester: Here’s 25 covers of The Outfield’s “Your Love” (live and unsigned ed.). http://bit.ly/3R7yc3
that is the weirdest coincidence I was thinking about this song i had a CD of it that had been lost, i couldn’t remember the band or title; and out of the blue you drop it in this thread.
are you psychic?
Usually when I’ve done a video for a particular song, I’m sick of it by the end. This is one of the exceptions. It’s from two of the bigger Video Game Music bands (collaborating) and it’s from the point of view of “Bombman,” one of the bosses from Mega Man 2.
