I didn’t even know one could use Google Reader or Tivo for podcasts!
I’m the lone Zune user.
How do I GWC? With my boots on.
How do I GWC? With a song on my lips and a spring in my step (and the neighbors looking at me all funny)
How do I GWC? Wearing nothing but red lipstick.
And on the bus, whilst my fellow commuters scoot away as a snicker.
How do I GWC? Wearing nothing but red lipstick.
Also, often whilst on the bus, giggling at the crue, as my fellow commuters scoot away from the crazy lady.
I’m even more behind –
iTunes–>desktop–>iPhone
Works for me.
And FrenchToast, during the many years when I was riding the Muni, I would often look around and ask myself why all these people were not allowed to drive.
Some days it was more obvious than others. It was rarely boring. Enjoy.
I DL direct to my iPod touch.

It’s been an evolution. At first, download to iTunes on my laptop and listen to it right there.
Now I download to my iTunes on desktop and then transfer to my iPad to listen while on the go.
Welcome to the Forums lurker… you are a lurker no longer.
I use Juice. Works great for me. I don’t own an i-anything and find that itunes can be a bit of a pain for vanilla mp3’s – though admittedly do-able.
For any iOS users that were looking for a decent podcast app, I recommend Podcaster. It works really well, and even lets you download podcasts larger than 20MB over 3G (if you want to). Be aware though, that I use this on an iPhone 4, and for background playback I assume that you need an iOS device capable of multitasking.
Also, if you accidentally hit the rewind button, it DOESN’T lose your place like the stock iPod player does. (with my gorilla hands, this was a huge selling feature for me)
I download it via ITunes and listen to it on my Sony 16Gig Walkman with BOSE earbuds.
EDIT: Just upgraded to an iPod Classic 160Gb. OOohhhhhh Yeaaaaaaaa!
On my ipod dock at work. Thanks for making it fun!
Now on my shiny new iPhone 5 !!

I have a confession to make: I stopped listening.
I am perpetually behind on my TV shows and movies, and the spoiler policy is just too lax for me. I understand the policy and think it’s reasonable and fair, but it just simply doesn’t work for me.
However, I am still here and love the forums and the community.
@5thHorseman, I love that you still see this place and this community as the core, even if you’re not listening to GWC anymore. I am also perpertually behind on TV and movies, but I just deal with it. Personal choice. The spoilers don’t really bug me. So I still listen to GWC proper every week on my commute on Monday/Tuesday. And while doing dishes after dinner.
I am behinder than you!
I’m listening to podcast # 22 of GWC.
Cool I currently on a watch/listen from the beginning as well. Podcast # 30 for me at the moment.
As far as how i listen goes
Current GWC Episodes: Windows / Itunes Desktop / Ipod Shuffle
GWCFromTheBeginning: Ubuntu / Download From Website / Listen on Desktop
Itunes, though that is because I found it that way. Found #305 while looking for music from Bill and Ted to use on Itunes gift card I had receive. That was sometimes in December and gone threw all that are available. Kind of wish there was a way to look up the episodes past that point. Since I am not really a fan of Battlestar Gallatica(watched most of it with my dad and gotten him all except Blood and Crome). Seeing how it was mentioned that the podcast came out of that. So would be intresting to cheek out and see if it makes it easier to enjoy. If listening to x podcast after y episode makes it better, I am up for it. Though keep in mind I have not gotten past the first season yet. I kind of start watching it, and then go, maybe there is something better to watch. Jack of All Trades, Back to the Future,Cowboy Bebop, or The Maltese Falcon for example.
