I’m not quite convinced yet. He looks more like Bryce Larkin than Clark Kent.
Morpheus as Perry White is an interesting choice, but I think it could work.
As long as they don’t feel the need to also change his last name, I’m OK with it.

Considering that Matt Bomer and Henry Cavill were both frontrunners before Brandon Routh was cast, I’m sure that’s not a coincidence.

Actually, I could see Matt Bomer as Clark/Supes. It’s probably just that I burned through Smallville in a year, so I still associate Clark with Tom Welling.
I loves me some Bomer, but he’s too short and slender for Superman, IMO. Welling definitely has the look, but I don’t think he really wants to wear the suit, considering what happened in the finale.

I don’t agree with that at all. The first time I saw that picture I thought “Holy shit Superman is real”
In that lighting, with the reflective sheen, the suit looks kind of rubbery. He’s obviously been spending too much time with some of the movie Batmen.
Oh please no anatomically correct suit please (with chest n!9973s please!).
