I saw a more recent picture of Costner and he actually looked a lot like the John Schnider Jonathan Kent, so I think that casting will work.
Yeah. Even though Reeves will always be Superman in my book, Glenn Ford only had 5 minutes in the movie. So, he never stuck out as “the” Jonathan Kent. John Schneider was excellent in that role.
