For those of you who’ve never used GMail, it’s free because it serves ads based on the content of your emails. They’re only text and basically unobtrusive, so I rarely give them any notice. When I received notification about changes in one of my subscribed threads here at GWC, though, I couldn’t help but get a chuckle at the ads that accompanied it. Google knows us.
