Ok, watching the Original version of Star Wars (sans subtitle and episode number, even!)
Ouch, the bit where they started the record too fast on the title music! that hurts.
“What if they come in another door?” DAMN YOU SETH MCFARLANE YOU’VE MADE IT SO I CAN’T WATCH STAR WARS WITHOUT THINKING OF YOUR FRAKKING SHOW
It’s kinda weird, but since Episode 3 came out I’ve been able to hear any of Vader’s dialogue in Anakin’s voice with minimal effort.
Although, hell, I can pretty much recite the movie from memory now.
Including what R2’s probably saying. “IT’LL BE FU-UNN!” “no more adventures! I’m not going that way.”
Now it’s the slow part of the film, where we follow the droids through the Jawa thing. Never liked this bit, but now we meet Luke Skywalker (again).
PS: did anyone else notice the Harry Potter moment in ROTS where Williams did a variation on the Harry Potter theme? Awesome sauce.
