That is a piss-poor prosthetic Anakin has, and if the republic never saw anything unethical with using clones to fight their battles, then well, they deserve what they have coming to them next week.
I love the CGI acting with Yoda in the final scene. Poor Yoda.
As an addendum to my previous wedding dress comment - who ever thought that veil was a good idea? Ugh.
