No, the “Lois” who was wearing Chloe’s clothes was Chloe under the influence of Zatanna’s magic. And as Clark pointed out, it was rather tight on Lois (which I made note of).
Yeah, I suppose Chloe’s tops wouldn’t fit quite right on Lois. Lois is a bit more … umm … top-heavy?

Not really sure what to think. Lots of big stuff happened in this episode, but the fight was a pretty big letdown. The Jimmy (excuse me, Henry) death is going to take a while to sink in. I suppose I sort of saw the “Clark Kent is dead” bit coming with my comments about how isolated Clark was becoming. I know it won’t stick, but I guess he’ll be gone for a while to do his training.

Yes, Henry was fake Jimmy. Dunno why. The kid Chloe gave the camera to is the real Jimmy.
Little trivia: In a future episode you’ve already seen, Chloe gave Watchtower an audio password. She said 051409. The date this episode aired. More accurately, the date fake Jimmy died.
I said strongly that the fight between Zod and Clark in the next season was far better than what we saw with Doomsday. In the comics, the fight was like 3-5 issues. I was sad.

Talk about dodging a tall loophole with a single bound. In tonight’s season finale, Smallville managed to kill off an iconic Superman character without incurring the wrath of the evil mythos police. I’m referring, of course, to the death of Jimmy Olsen at the hands of a de-Doomsdayed Davis. The show later revealed (or strongly implied?) that the shutterbug’s younger brother is, in fact, the real Jimmy. Problem solved! Of course, that’s little consolation to Aaron Ashmore, whose three-year stint as faux Jimmy ended with a steel pipe through the chest. In this exclusive interview, Ashmore reveals why he was caught off guard by his dismissal, how he’d feel about a Chloe-Clark romance, and who he thinks really killed Jimmy Olsen.

At Jimmy’s funeral, we see everyone except Clark. Chloe leaves some photo negatives of her and Jimmy on his casket. It is revealed that his real name is ‘Henry James Olson’. She notices a little boy who is Jimmy’s younger brother. She goes to him and gives him Jimmy’s camera. He would have wanted him to have it. She tells him that he might want to one day follow in his brother’s foot steps. It is entirely possible that the Jimmy we have come to love is not actually the Jimmy Olson that we know about in the comic books. Since his first name is Henry, it is possible that the younger brother’s name is actually Jimmy. Remember that he had a falling out with his family. Finally we see Clark in the background. Oliver looks at him and walks away.

One thing that made it even weirder was that on the Season 7 DVDs, they had a roundtable discussion with Aaron and the guys that played Jimmy in the Superman movies and the old black & white Superman TV show.
Yeah, and a lot of the Clark Chloe (i/you let jummy die) anger angst was fairly annoying.
Since smallville was planning to end by season 5, but it lasted till season 10, I always wonder if the show was not to be continued, how they would have ended the story at the end of each season.
I just noticed something. With most actors, I might mention another character they played a time or two, then switch to their Smallville character name, but I’m always calling Black Canary TJ. I have no idea why, especially since I thought of Hawkman as Carter instead of Daniel despite how similar their characters are. Just found it interesting.
I noticed you calling her TJ, but to your credit, she has had more episodes as TJ than she has as Canary. Daniel, otoh, I can’t help you with. (:
However when I watch V, it takes a conscious effort sometimes for me not to call Lisa, Kara. But, I have no problem what so ever calling Morena Anna instead of Adria or Inara.
Unrelated note, I just saw on IMDB that Morena played Black Canary herself on Justice League.
