woot! awesome! it’s been such a long time since I’ve frak-partied last!
Anyone here?
I think I’ve only seen this movie once, a very long time ago, so it’s essentially all new to me. Watching the trailer, I’m wondering if I unfairly gave this movie short shrift. It looks fun.
Starting now
Ready whenever you are. I am, however, working (technically :p), so I might need to step away from time to time.
Okay, i’m a minute into the movie. Just need to finish a hate-post in the twilight thread
Oh well whatever, I can’t multitask. I’ll post my thoughts on Twilight later.
Hate post? Can’t wait.
So what brought up this particular film?
Remind me to never frak party on a netbook again. There’s not enough screen space for a movie and Firefox.
Long story short, I saw Monsters vs. Aliens last week and somehow I was reminded of this movie.
I was never much for action figures as a kid, I was way too LEGO for that, but I did have the entire set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures, vehicles, mini golf equipment, everything.
Wow. Robert Picardo is among the cast and soundtrack by Jerry Goldsmith. The seven degrees of Star Trek in this movie.
For me it was He-Man and Transformers. Never really got into the Turtles beyond the cartoon.
Huge sign advertising an “Octoberfest” - neat!
I hereby declare this officially part of the Star Trek arc.
The delivery driver was the shellshocked neighbor from Gremlins. Love that movie. The second had some interesting ideas but was basically a trainwreck.
Well, using these criteria, almost every other movie could probably be part of the ST arc
I saw the second as a kid. The dentist scene still gives me nightmares.
