Scott Pilgram is an upcoming movie based on a comic series. It is based around Scott Pilgram a Canadian Slacker/Bass Guitarist for the band Sex Bob-Omb who falls deeply in love with Ramona Flowers, the girl of his dreams. Literally. She uses a portal in his head, crossing in and out of his dreams, to travel around faster. They meet at a party and he finds out that in order to have a relationship with her he must fight her 7 Evil Ex-boyfriends.

It is a very stylish comic. Very Very geek centered. The fights are very anime style mixed with 8-bit video game. I heard many good things about the comic series and then i heard the movie was coming out. I saw the first still…

and knew that i wanted to read it. I really loved the first two books and have the next three on order.

I did as well. Its always in the Magna section and i try to avoid those. Then I heard so many good things about it that i decided to pick it up and was pleasantly surprised

I won’t go see it in the theater, but I’ll definitely keep an eye out for it on DVD.

Damn, that looks fun! I heard good things about the comic but when I checked it out I lost interest. Might revisit it now that Ive seen that trailer.

The international trailer is up. This is the trailer that they should have released everywhere. It is actually a great representation of what the book is like.

Yeah, the second trailer did pretty much the same thing, although I like this one better.

What gives me great hope is that they actually tightened up some of the dialog, so it works better onscreen.

Also, the casting seems about perfect. (Except for Knives, she should be younger.)

This trailer is on pretty much every site I frequent. And I watch it each and every time.

Also, I’m looking forward to the Ramona haircut becoming the Dorothy Hamill of the '10s.

When my Future Sister in Law saw the first trailer saw was like that movie looks really stupid. I assured her that it was a terrible trailer but she was weary. Then i showed her the new one and she now wants to see the movie.

And i too watch the trailer everytime i see it pop up some where. I dont know what it is but I have watched the trailers for Scott Pilgrim more than any other movie.
