These visions people are having, Jack’s dead father, Kate’s horse, and now Hurley’s friend Dave. I don’t think they are visions. In every instance there was something physical, something tangible. The coffin from the plane, Jack and Kate both seeing and touching the horse, Dave’s slipper.

The Other’s keep referring to one man. A guy that they are all afraid of displeasing. I’m gonna call it right now and say I think it is this dude, Fake Henry.
