Hahahahaha I knew the Jesus-beard looked fake!
Henry Gale is bad news. Bad bad news.
Yes. Yes he is.
So far they haven’t really explained it directly.
That is my 2nd worst episode of the hole series. How did it come that Locke simply goes punching Carlie???
HEHEHEHEHE:D
Yeah, all seem to have some weird stuff going on. We need to make a contest who we think is the most “normal”.
Remember this episode!! The introduction of Michael Emerson’s characters is one of the most important decisions of TPTB. And think back to this episode when you’ll watch Season 5 and make sure you gonna have some Aspirin and handkerchiefs standing besides you!!
They even have a translation. If you really want to find out, it’s translated and can be found on the net. But wait until the end of Season 2.
You could be quite close with this theory.
Ohh, just wait until the end of your next Episode “The Hole Truth”!
Oh he is so manipulative!
So there is a balloon. I still don’t trust Henry. No fricking way.
I just had a thought. Locke’s dad is a con artist. Sawyer’s family was destroyed by a con artist. Is this a coincidental happenstance or will these two be connected later?
Just in case you missed the reference, Henry Gale was the real name of another intrepid balloonist, better known as the Wizard of Oz.
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
Good, you’re learning.
If this show teaches you anything, it’s that you should doubt the existence of coincidence.
I KNEW he couldn’t be trusted!
ETA- also, at least now I know how they keep getting food on the island. What the heck is Dharma?
On to S2E18 ‘Dave’. Hope I can get through it before I have to leave at noon.
Jeez Hurley, just because you didn’t want to eat it doesn’t mean the other 40+ people on the island wouldn’t have wanted it. But go on, throw it around the jungle
LOL Hurley’s face at the sight of the food drop.
Ooh who is that creepy looking bald guy? Could it be ‘Dave’? I think maybe
These visions people are having, Jack’s dead father, Kate’s horse, and now Hurley’s friend Dave. I don’t think they are visions. In every instance there was something physical, something tangible. The coffin from the plane, Jack and Kate both seeing and touching the horse, Dave’s slipper.
Okay, I had a point when I started writing this but I lost it midway through. It will come back to me.
Fake Henry’s story is falling apart.
The Other’s keep referring to one man. A guy that they are all afraid of displeasing. I’m gonna call it right now and say I think it is this dude, Fake Henry.
Damn, I will have to finish this ep later when I get home.
It’s the Hindu concept of the righteous path.
How that applies to what’s actually going on still isn’t clear.
No, you’re on to something. Maybe.
That would be a reasonable assumption, something you should avoid with this show.
The best manipulative character on any screen. No wonder that some people are scared when they see Michael Emerson on Hawaii.
What BadgerSpoon said.
Do you think that Fake Henry Gale wanted to be captured and brought to the Swan Station??
Ill comment this with utter silence.
Finally able to finish watching this episode. Hurley is just beating down sawyer and screaming food names. That is epic.
Is Dave imaginary? Was that why Hurley was in treatment in the first place?
LOL! I love that you two are just fraking with my head
