Right now, the only (temporarily) fixed times for gathering are:

Thursday - 11:30 AM Columbus Circle (Or vicinity), gather everyone together, and around 12pm, if it’s nice grab sandwiches and eat in the park, and if it is raining we’ll find someplace inside to eat. For inside eating, Frakintalos and I found a really good and reasonably priced Indian restaurant that has a great lunch buffet. If we are eating outside, there are several good sandwich places nearby. After we have finished and anyone that doesn’t have to go back to work can join me for a tour of the American Museum of Natural History. The place is really big, so if you have any particular exhibits that you are interested in seeing, let me know so that we can figure out which ones to see. We’ll have 2-4 hours and you can do 1, maybe 2, exhibits per hour.

Saturday - Evening, sometime after 6, gather together for dinner. The time will be decided on later because of the events at NYCC, but EvolutionGirl mentioned the Avengers panel lasts until 7:30, so a half hour walk to someplace to eat would mean dinner starts at 8-8:30pm probably. The two pubs we have eaten at are on opposite sides of MSG, Tir Na Nog, and Stout. Stout has the great apple crisp with Maple ice cream, and can handle a large group at the last minute. Also they have a sister restaurant next door that is a little smaller and a little quieter. If we have a smaller group, we can save a little walking and go to Tir Na Nog.

Friday and Saturday day - No ‘Official’ gathering, but I’ll be glad to meetup with anyone and wander around the show floor and different panels with everyone that’s there. I’m not often paying attention to Twitter, but I will be during the con. If anyone has anything special that they want to do, mention it and we’ll work around that. There is a Felicia Day Spotlight on Friday 12:15-1:15 that I plan on attending.

Yeah, I will probably want to see The Avengers panel as well, so doing the dinner around 8:00-8:30 would be good for me. Both of those pubs look good as well.

Well, I won’t make it to Thursday’s meetup. My friends aren’t getting here until 10am, which gets us into the city at the earliest by 1pm, more likely 2-3pm. I haz a sad.

I’m in for Saturday. After 7:30pm is best. I don’t know either of those pubs so I’ll leave it to the experienced to choose.

For anyone still paying attention… I’ll probably be at the convention center around 11:30 or so, there is a Felicia Day panel at 12:15 that I’m planning on attending. Follow me on twitter and we can meetup before or after that panel.

Hopefully I will be there by then, but I am probably heading to the Batman Arkham City panel first. Maybe later in the day or on Sat.

Just got into Philly. Will be up there sometime Saturday morning with Raemani. I’ll hit up twitter when we get there.

I won’t be around in the morning, probably be in by 2:00, definitely going to the Walking Dead and Avengers panels. Did we decide on a meeting spot and a dinner spot? We could meet right after the Avengers panel someplace at the con?

Based on last year that was IMHO a mob scene, we decided not to attend this year. Did they combine Animae-Con with Comic Con again this year?
