If we’re just doing a one off, there’s no need to roll em up. Pre-gen is easiest and funnest in that situation.

OK, looks like we got the bulk of the kinks worked out. We’ll be making this a regular thing at 5:00pm Eastern on Sunday.
We’ll be using Google+ and this dice roller. For the first few times we’ll be doing some interesting one-offs, so newcomers (and newbies) can drop in. Next week it’ll be a variant of this one-page RPG.
There was some discussion about using Google Talk, or something similar, for backchannel communication (notes from the GM, etc.) This won’t be necessary right away.
I’d like to use Dropbox for distribution of any materials (maps, rules, etc.) If you don’t have it, PM me (you get a boost to your free capacity if you’re invited.) Again, this isn’t needed right away.

Week 2 and we got the ball rolling, although Scopehound crashed again and we worked out additional G+ weirdness with audio. We got about halfway through the current story (recapped below) but it’s all setup, so if you want to join us next week feel free. Last time on GWC RPG…
ROBERT, SHAYMUS and BLAZE find their car trips through the eastern Appalacias interupted by a downed tree during an early fall storm. Robert and Shaymus check into a local motel, as does a family of three, while Blaze heads over to the neighboring coffee shop. Blaze starts a conversation with a pair of young women, Lyra and Bonnie. Shaymus and Robert arive after checking in. Shamus lingers at the counter, smoking and looking over a paper. A local lad talks to him and decides he and his friend want to check out the downed tree personally. Robert moves from the counter after Shaymus lights up and sits down at a table near Blaze, where he observes him stealing a knife. The two women visit the restroom, and when they return Lyra storms off while Bonnie offers Blaze a place to spend the night.
I do not see an invite on Google+, am I doing something wrong?
My bad. I forgot that football was going to conflict with it for me this week. (I actually meant to reschedule, but then got very busy this weekend.)
Whew, seeing this reminded me about it. I missed the earlier showing of Real Steel that I meant to go to and went to the 4:00 instead.
Phew - that’s cool - Was moving son into his own room last night so was busy with that.
