There is, but Morena Baccarin doesn’t live near you, so I’ll go with no.
lol, if she did, I would hardly be building anything with Legos right now.
“No. No! This one goes here, that one goes there. Right? Got it!?!”
LOL! I knew that quote would come up sooner or later
LOL… Next the Leia figure will say, “Would it help if I got out and pushed?”
I believe, I used it a few weeks ago already.
I’m looking forward to see a pic of the tunnel which connects the turrets.
doh! you’re right. Sadly there is no tunnel between the turrets, there is a gunners chair tho. I haven’t completed that section yet.
It’s looking SWEET! Will the deflector dish on top swivel, or will it be fixed in place?
~Shooter Out
It’s on a 360* swivel.
Well, bad news. The mail just came, and while I got two packages, I still haven’t got the 4 parts I need to attach the wings to the frame. Looks like I’ll only be doing “back-end” work today
pictures of the boarding ramp lowering mechanism from the inside…
Upper gun turret. If you look close, you can see Han in the gunners chair.
Here is the lower turret. This one has no chair
This thing is getting harder and harder to turn over. I weighed it and it’s up to 8 pounds already!
More work got done today…
No wonder that ship breaks down a lot. Han and Chewie are doing all of the work themselves. Lando should pitch in at least. (:
Hehe, exactly what I thot. Didn’t knew that Chewie and Han were the only ones who build the ship.
Your pictures and videos are a fun documentation of this construction.
Improvised and made my own modifications. Since I don’t have the 4 connectors I need to attach the wing sections, I made a type of connector with some spare technic bricks. It is the white liftarm in the center & the grebils that attach it to the main frame. You can see where the two connectors should go too.
Seems to work very well, so I may just keep it on that side.
Turned this thing upsidedown (it’s really really heavy now)
Were they “special” modifications?
“I made a lot of special modifications myself.” – Han Solo, Star Wars, 52:20
yeah, that’s the line I was going for. After my 25 hour building marathon yesterday and subsequent 12 hour nap, my brain did not work as well as it should.
