This is exciting! I love the minifig stories too. Might we see a Star Trek TNG-style Q court for the murder caught on security cam before?
Next to the ship yards in the Honorverse, I’d loe to see a real-live Corellian shipyard (maybe next visit up to Cleveland Tigh?

Did some more framework as well. Everything will eventually fit together something like this…
I got a more of the framework done tonight. I literally spent an hour looking for two small parts through the thousands of parts I have. I knew I ordered it, but I just couldn’t find them.
At this point it is so big that it overlaps the edges of my freezer.
Here are some close ups. I am fascinated by how reinforced this thing is. I think I could drop it down a flight of stairs and it would survive with little or no damage.
At this point I am stuck once again waiting for parts. This time they are 1 x 6 Technics bricks. The good thing Is that Not only have they been ordered, but they got shipped out from California on Thursday, so hopefully the trip to Cleveland will be fast.
I also ordered 99% of the remaining parts I needed tonight. Han Solo will soon be joining Chewy
Do you glue them together as well, or just let the pieces do the sticking?

There is a hole in your mind…
The port-side “wing” section. It is not attached to the frame (like the engine section) because I’m still waiting on those parts. It does look better when I have it laid out tho!
Here are some close ups of the “wing” detail. There are still some minor detail parts missing, but those will be added later.
I got another large part order today (down to 38 lots and 277 parts left) and in the craziest of all irony, I was accidentally shipped 20 1 x 16 technic bricks instead of the 1 x 6 bricks that I ordered (and are holding me up)!!! If only I had gotten these a months ago! Well, at least I’ll be able to build landing gear.
Got a lot of smaller structural framework done.
The engine section is actually attached to the frame now - in previous pictures it was held on with 2 parts, now all the connecting parts are assembled.

Tonight looks like a good night for construction. It’s either that or battle the snow outside.
