For the lazy here (–> ME), any info on DVD for S2? Nothing on Amazon… my roomie and I jumped on the Heroes train late and watched S1 during the airing of S2, so we need to find those eps before we watch more new ones.
August is what I’m seeing for a release date.
Keeping to standard protocol, expect it about a month or less before the season starts back. You can can watch them on hulu.com in streaming media format. They also have Battlestar Galactica 1980 there, which makes me cross for picking it out of the bargain bin!

Poked around and found links to stuff about (or by) Mohinder and the rest of the Suresh family, interesting video clips under “Interviews”, pages of papa Suresh’s Activating Evolution book, link to Takezo Kensei/Hiro info at yamagatofellowship.org under “Main” at top of page, a wiki with lots of info on new super powers (and Sylar stuff), and from there a link to Primatech’s 1-800 # and TONs of other stuff.
I am now quite overwhelmed.

Was anyone else kind of pissed that season 2 ended so abruptly due to the writer’s strike? I wish they would have just finished the season after the strike was over. I do like the fact that the season 3 opener will be 3 hours long.

Now, I have to say just because sex was mentioned doesn’t mean we’re down to the gutter at all. I mean, there’s sex and then there’s actual porn and there’s romance and then there’s sticky goo, so while the mention of sure carries with itself the possibility of gutteriness, there’s also always a romantic potential.
I think if it’s refered to as nookie or “glowing spine nookie” in this case it’s definitely not candles and rose petals

Oh yaeh, I remember the polls they had where you voted each week to pick the new Hero. I need to catch up on the graphic novel. I’ll take a look at the main site sometime soon and see if there is any news.

Wow, this thread has been pretty silent for a while. Has Heroes lost it’s way? I overheard in a Lost podcast that there’s now some infighting between Hayden Panettiere & Milo Ventimiglia. Basically, she wants him off the show.
It has been announced that Heroes is coming back for a fourth Season but with less episodes only 18 to 20. I am competly ok with that. I am really starting to enjoy the 12 to 18 episode arcs where you get lots in each episode rather than a ton of filler. This was all reported by our friendsover at io9

As I am late to Season 3 - I basically watched it all this week - I have been going back and reading some reviews. There have not been many good things said about Season 3. I would agree. Overall, I believe they have tried to do too much this season. There have been some interesting story ideas, but none have been developed to their full potential.
I am interested enough to come back to it for a 4th season. It will not be a top priority, though (thank you DVR). Let’s hope Season 4 gets back on track.
