Join the GWC crew for a special live podcast following the incredible season four premiere of BSG. We’re joined not only by numerous GWCers, but also Chase Masterson (of Star Trek DS9, Of Gods and Men, Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles, and the new movie Yesterday Was A Lie), BSG visual effects designer Adam “Mojo” Lebowitz, BSG series writer David Weddle (who’s also responsible for dozens of Trek/DS9 episodes), Star Trek writer Andre Bormanis (Enterprise, Voyager, DS9, TNG, Insurrection), and writer Amy Berg (4400, Threshold, and the upcoming Leverage). A two-and-a-half hour podcast? On this occasion, it’s totally worth it!

I had a good time with the podcast, though I had to bow out early; I was getting tired! Big thanks to the GWC crew for helping make this season premier incredibly fun. It was a blast, and I hope y’all continue to do the live frack party.

If I hadn’t had guests i totally would’ve listened live … but ah well, I’ve got time to listen normally :stuck_out_tongue:

PS: Does anyone else think the writers/producers/digital animators do stuff like this to frak with us? specifically Tigh shooting Adama in the face, the Spinny Ship being bombed … :stuck_out_tongue:

Chuck, thank you so much for putting together and hosting this awesome event. You rock. You rule. U R the Man, and all that kind a stuff. Seriously, what a blast!
I had to hit the sack around when David Weddle come on, so I can’t wait to listen to what I missed.

I had so much fun listening to this week’s special live podcast! So envious of everyone who had a chance to speak to the great hosts (living overseas meant that I could only get a hold of the episode some hours after said broadcast, and no way am I spoiling myself if I’ve waited a whole year already!) But loved the energy and input of all the callers(celeb or otherwise)- solai sounds just as sexy as ever! Am so looking forward to your duet with Audra. We’ll be waiting…

On Athena’s lack of presence on the episode - I was surprised that the final four didn’t take the opportunity to talk to Athena in private - for someone who was mentioned so often in the episode, Boomer/Athena sure wasn’t in it much!

Am loving that Chuck has turned from a Helo-hater to a Helo-supporter! Pretty soon he’ll descend into the Helo love we know he has inside him. Who else has their own rank? Not even Starbuck.

BTW, before I go rewatch this awesome episode, did anyone catch whether or not Anders have a callsign yet? How about Glowy Redeye?

I gotta say, although I was excited about the prospect of the live show, I wasn’t sure I was going to love it. And with getting kicked off TalkShoe a couple of times, allowing myself to get a bit too distracted by the chat aspect (and the real life aspect since pausing–not an option), and intermittent buffering issues, I almost mourned the old non-live 'cast.

But then today I was able to listen to it again, and after Chuck had worked his magic, it was amazing. Color me converted. And now that I’ve worked out my tech issues with TalkShoe (she said with fingers crossed), I might even have something to say someday :wink:
