I’m totally up for an Audra+Solai duet! Can you guys sing “Somewhere out there”? This song assumes that Starbuck is, in fact a cylon. Not that I think she is.

OK, I did NOT intend this post to be some sort of a weird song post. Just wanted to congratulate you guys for making a whole YEAR of really awesome and interesting podcasts despite the lack of new material (save for Razor). I really enjoyed this pseudo pop culture course of sci fi movies, tv shows, literature, and comics! I cannot thank you guys enough for giving me enough material to read/watch for say the next 5 years!
Oh, and friday cannot come soon enough.

It’s true that bkitty can sing the hind leg off a dead cat! I’d bet LadyD could sing, too, but I didn’t get a chance to hear her. Bkitty’s a champ at pop songs! Next time we get to San Diego, drunken karaoke is our FIRST stop. Bkitty’s the REAL drunken master; forget Bruce Lee.
Thanks for the voice compliments. But FBC, who told you I could meow? I mean, I can, but did I do that on a podcast?? I don’t remember!
Oh, and David - I dig the Mo’ Cylons Mo’ Problems. lol, I actually can do that whole song.
The other problem with voice compliments is that it sets up visual expectations. Ah, well, keep imagining.

Okay, I really regret my previous post, because “Cylons in the Stream” rolls off the tongue so much better that “Islands in the Stream” does. I can’t get it out of my head! It even gets so bad that it sounds like its coming out the walls… I think I’m a FRAKKING Cylon!!! :eek:

I have so many ideas and theories in my head it’s hard to make sense of them.
Mostly I’m obsessed with the reoccurring theme of
“All this has happened before and all this will happen again.”
Is it at all possible that Hera is Starbuck?
There have been many before Starbuck which have failed, Starbuck will fail and then Hera will pick up and try again?
Or…that the Final Cylon was the FIRST and it’s Starbuck’s mother.
Her mother’s ability to reproduce is what ultimetely killed her and in correcting this they lost the ability to reproduce in order to download.
That the other Final 4 were programmed to do what is neccessary to make Starbuck succeed…in whatever it is she is to do.
Remember Boomer is an 8 so the final 5 aren’t 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. One of the final 5 can be #1
Adama knows who and what Starbuck is and he is protecting her because she will bring peace for all.
Starbuck is the “savior” cause she’s the half/half until…Hera shows up and throws everything in doubt. And now everyone has been following Starbuck when maybe they weren’t supposed to be…it was Hera they were supposed to be following and Starbuck will simply lead them to their doom.
I dont know…I’m all confused and it doesn’t matter cause we’ll know soon enough.
Everyone out here has come up with such interesting amazing stories and theories as to what did and will happen.
I hope we didn’t all do a better job than the actual writers!
