Kudos on Mr. Hatch. Yeah, the guy can talk. But I wish RDM woulda stuck around for two hours. Glad he made the time!

Re: Cain: Yeah, there’s something about seeing your best friend killed dead (sic) next to you that’ll make you half-loopy – or make you reconsider your values. But pretty early on in the game, she was the one that actually blew her friend’s head off, too.

Quote from last night’s Daily Show: Jon Stewart said, “Your values are supposed to be your values, things that you maintain, even when they’re tested. If you drop them when they’re tested, they’re not values – they’re hobbies.”

And with all this small-picture talk (how much Mr. Hatch can talk) and big-picture talk (the true nature of humanity and evil), I’m afraid GWC could be losing sight of what’s important: Yeah, the last week or so brought us three (free) podcasts and around seven hours of listening time, with great guests from all over the BSG spectrum… But where is the Audra Junk Report? If the GWC Crew are making room for Ron D. Moore, at what cost are they doing it?

They should start every interview by asking the subject if they’re wearing pants. Just to set the tone.

If the Adm. Cain Fan Club really gets off the ground (as it certainly must), the combination of frequent prolonged standing (required of members) and no pants wearing - could prove to be problematic (or not, depending on one’s point of view).

Hats off to the entire crew! What an awesome podcast, maybe your best ever. I am so impressed, just when you think it can’t get any better…Kudos to all of you for constantly exceeding our expectations. I am bummed I can’t go to the meetup but will be there in spirit.

Every week, the GWC crew get together and discuss the latest episode of Battlestar Galactica. When the show is off the air, as has been the case for the better part of this year, the GWC crew has used the opportunity to expand their subject matter into science fiction in general, holding re-watches of classic movies, re-reads of classic novels, and running a fantastic community forum with a passionate and very engaged core community.
