Ouch, bye weeks and quarter back replacement is wreaking havoc on my line up this week.
Yeah byes are a lot harder to handle in this league than in the leagues I’ve played in in the past. I’m used to playing in 8 or 10 team leagues, where there are a ton of good players just sitting on the Waiver Wire waiting to be picked up. Here, there never seems to be anybody good enough to drop one of my players.
One good thing about byes, though, is that my primary D/ST (Ravens) had an early bye, so I now I can drop my backup team and expand my bench by 1 offensive player (Because I’m pretty confident riding the Ravens D for the rest of the year). I’m going to do the same with kickers in a few weeks.
I’m a 1-5 going against a 0-6 (again). Will I give another owner his/her first win of the season?

Yeah each matchup has been close this year for me. I’m shocked that I’m 5-1 considering how each game seems to go to the end before I can call a winner. Needless to say, I’m pretty happy with my standings.
fastcart, if you lose you can at least say you lost to Tebow. He’s probably the surprise of the year. Not a surprise that he’s doing so well, so much as a surprise that he’s actually playing.
I actually had Orton (and I had him last year) as my back up QB whom Tebow replaced. I had to waiver through two QBs before settling on Whitehurst who gave me -1. So, more surprise than you’d imagine. But, I suppose that’s better than Carson Palmer’s -2 whom I picked originally after Orton. At least my kicker put up 18 points.
