Just saw that 3 of my starters are injured. 2 are probable to play, but the 3rd is questionable. Great way to start the season.

Waivers went last night and I’m surprised I got my pick from being 14th.
Slim pickings out there now though. Wow. Don’t remember it being this bad at the beginning of last year. The shorter pre-season may be partially to blame though.
Edit: Kim/Pylea, you prolly want to bench David Garrard. He just went to Free Agent this week…

Sadly, there has not yet been any time that anybody could have gone easy or hard on you.
Go to the trading block. Look for teams with 2 or more TEs total (1 or more on the bench) and offer them a trade. Try to offer them something they’re short on (Like, say, if they only have 1 QB and you have 3, offer them one of your QBs). If you can’t find anything like that, just offer them a player who was drafted earlier than the TE you’re looking to trade for (but someone you can spare!) and hope they just like the player enough to accept the trade.
I picked up a couple of low-ranked players that were free agents. It’s better than Randy Moss who has byes for the entire season!

Whew. I have Eli on another league as one of 2 mid-range QBs that I hope will share their duties all year. Alone, I don’t think the other QB will be able to carry the spot. All I remembered is I had a Manning on my team and I was in full-bore freakout mode until I checked.

Woo big scoring game. My opponent is still projected to get less points than I am (yay!) but my projected lead was significantly cut (boo!). I’m still hopeful but my absurdness has been significantly tempered.
Did I win?

Tomorrow night there are two games, so check your lineups 10 minutes before them too.
