My beginners luck ran out.
We have more to play for. The winner of our match will have the fewest losses of our league. I won’t be able to fully participate because I won’t have full net access in Richmond. So, if a player suddenly becomes out or doubtful, I may nt be able to update my line up.

I’m glad I won my consolation game. I really thought I drafted well this year, and while Forte was a bust, I feel I did a fair job. Not the BEST, but third-best is my best season ranking in a few years.
My awful team in my own league finished a mighty 3-10. ugh. Darn you Jay Cutler and Steve Slaton!

I didn’t even get 4th place nor highest wins (thought 10-4 for normal season is something to be proud of).
I got notification that sign up for ESPN’s fantasy football has started. I must admit, I’m jonesing for football as it’s the only sport (currently) that I’ll watch and pay attention to religiously.

Drafting and swapping players/teams was bad enough without having to grow grey hairs over individual defense players. Good gawd, I hope no one wants individual defense players. d: Or, they could at least explain why they would.

Err… I’m for during or after (not sure which yet, maybe after), but that’s negotiable for me. The first pre-season game is August 12th. I’d like to give other ppl time to join and research and what not. It would give me time to figure out who I want myself. I don’t think anyone would like the idea of wasting a draft slot on someone who was traded/injured mid-pre-season and whatnot.
I have a bad feeling this season may suck for me because I no longer have beginners luck on my side. d:

I am so in for this! I can’t ever get enough of football (really, I’m the weirdo that buys the Super Bowls on DVD).
Doing the draft during the pre-season sounds like a good idea, as most of the players will be settled and we can have an idea of who starters will be and maybe avoid some injuries.
And I second fastcart in asking for entire D’s.
Alright I re-activated last years league so if you were in it last year you have a spot this year. But I want a PM or DM on twitter by the 8th if you want to partake again. If not you’ll be dropped.
I tentatively set the draft date for the tuesday (August 31st) after the 3rd week of Pre Season so we get a look at the new guys, who’s starting, who’s hurt, who looks good, etc.
As for free agents, any interest in using the auction system or just sticking to waivers?
i like defense as a single unit. like others said, it’s alot of work managing an entire team (or two).
i like the waiver system but i’m open to auction as well.
i like the draft date time just fine. i moved my own league back also because doing it too soon creates issues when players get injured or aren’t as healed up as expected.
If there is still room I would like to join. I love fantasy football and I’m always looking for another league to join. 
I want in this year. Ready to kick some serious ass!
I waited until I could review how auction works. I’d like to stick to waivers. I think it’s best as we have 3+ new players wanting to join.
