Is it common to have league matches so close that you have to root against your opponents’ kickers? I found another grey hair today!
Last week before playoffs (for us at least). No response to my last post. ):
Very excited about winning, but with my fairly low season point total, I really need to win AGAIN to make the playoffs. Which means I have to finish the season and roll throuhg the playoffs like my hair’s on fire.
Which is both fun and nerve-wracking.

Barring a record night from Kurt Warner (that would also need to omit Fitzgerald), I’m making the playoffs.
I’ve had a rotten record in my own league (finished 3-10), so I am quite pleased that I’m not 100% awful this season.
I’m facing off against TIC who were ironically next in order had we a longer season anyway.

Here we go. Happy I made the postseason thanks to a great end of season run. Not pleased looking at the C-Bucs lineup, but only four teams made the playoffs, so every one is pretty good.

Ppl who are in CONSOLATION LADDER are having their own thing. Looks like only those who were 8-6 and better made it. My sympathies.

Thanks. Since this is my first league, I’m gonna hope that I won’t get fourth place. When I started this league, I hoped I’d be better than 6th place. If I get third place or higher in this playoffs, I’ll be satisfied. Too bad my current 10-4 standing won’t mean squat come this Sunday.
This is the first time in months I’ve gotten my first choice off Waivers.
Has anyone tried to contact Lisa Kuftinec (LisaSLC), owner of Starbuck Storm (KUFT), in the past 3 weeks? She’s had a an out player, Nate Burleson, in her line up all that time.
In fact, she has an IR player and 2 empty slots as well.
well there goes that. and to think i had the right lineup to win before i got home after grocery shopping yesterday. and to think how bad minnesota choked.
ah, well. such is fantasy football. i’ve only ever seen a #1 seed win once, but now i get to face the carts in a battle of guys who thought they totally deserved to be in that championship game.
