It didn’t occur to me when the new site first went up, but I was just going to add the feed for the podcast to Amarok on my laptop and…where the frak on the new webpage is a link to the actual podcast feed? Oh, I know there’s a “subscribe with iTunes” link, but I’m not using an operating system that Apple supports (nor would I be inclined to use iTunes anyways), which leaves me a bit stuck here.
Maybe I’m being a bit blind, but even if so and there’s actually a link to the podcast RSS somewhere I would think that an actual (ie. non-iTMS link so that anyone can use it and not just iTunes users) link to the podcast feed should be prominent on the front page. I’m sure people would appreciate it, especially prospective new listeners, and since I myself don’t have access at the moment to my main computer I can give at least one real-world example where it’s preventing someone from subscribing to the podcast!
In the meantime I guess I’m off to download the latest podcast from the manual front page link, grumble 
Scroll down some more and just to the left of Sean’s Blog (just below the ad by Google), there is a “Subscribe to RSS” section where you can subscribe to the blogs or just to the podcast.
Aha, thank ye kindly. I still think, though, that the podcast link should replace the “subscribe via iTunes” link, especially since it would work for everyone (including iTunes folks, I assume) instead of only for people using iTunes. I mean, this site is mainly about the forum and the podcast, so those two things should be the most prominent features of the front page, no?
