Just booked my room at the official GWC hotel !! Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights!
well im arriving @ bout 11ish on friday, and i cant check into my room till 3pm… so u n i might have to hit the bar up for a few pre-meetup drinks?? muhahahah
My room’s booked. 
I wish i could make it but the fund aint there right now, with having to buy a new car and computer in the near future. Maybe i can make it to the 2nd annual meet up. That would be fun.

That is a possibility- Head Lance and I (and possibly Raptor MXS) may be driving down from Ohio and will be going right through Kentucky if we do. We’re still working out the details. I still need to find out if Head Lance was able to get the days off.

Just to reinterate, I’ll be there Thursday and am getting a car, will be happy to be involved in getting people from the airport Fri to the hotel. Actually thinking about renting a van or something, like a Dodge Caravan. Not sexy, but better at Alpaca hauling. Would that make sense? Opinions, please.
a van would be a great idea… and ill be there early on friday also… so i couold drive people to and from also… topgun n i r gonna be bus drivers…
i think we need to make lil name tags for our hotel room hotels… like “beef’s bunk” and whatnot??? come on thats just cheesy enough
