Has the hotel been announced yet?
No it has not, but they are getting close (I think there is paperwork that was signed yesterday or will be today) to being able to announce the hotel soon.

If you ordered them from the link above - you should have within 3 weeks. They said there is a 2 week internal processing time, and then shipping time. They are in NY, so you can figure time to you from there. (2-3 Days from NY to PA for me).
So you should have them in plenty of time for the meet-up.

Oh man, oh man! I am scheming so hard to try to pull this off! Head Lance should know in the morning if he can get the days off. And we’re working on RaptorMXS (he’s a lurker). I’m possibly moving Apr 1st, so I might have to bust my sorryBarb to get it all lined up, but it’s looking like it could work! I don’t wanna get my hopes up yet, but it’s hard not to!
I ordered my set from Quantum Mechanix…they were $10 higher in price but I liked the look of them more than the other.
i got mine tags fro galron mfg… they have alot of extra “bells n whistles”… muhahahah i cant wait

The sets from Galron are pretty awesome. They look more realistic and mine have tarnished quite well over the past year.
Also, they don’t have copyright junk on the back.
I like the QMX ones as well and ordered mine from them. I hope they get here before the meetup. .
I asked my husband if he got the email I sent about the tags last week, and he said no, he was too busy with meetings and deleted anything not critical. There was discussion. In the end he said, “Why don’t you just do it as a birthday gift to yourself?”

Description
The Homewood Suites is actually brand new, having opened about six months ago. All the rooms are quite large. Hell, the whole place even smells new. Many rooms have ceiling fans, too, which we personally think makes a big difference.
Hotel Rates
Studio: $89
These rooms offer a little more sitting area than the King room below (think a little couch and such), but a single queen-sized bed.
Single King: $89
This room offers a single king-sized bed.
Double/Queen: $129
This room offers two queen-sized beds and a large sitting area like the studio (often a separate small room).
Hotel parking (in outside lot) is free.
When To Book
They’re holding a small group of rooms for us, and though they should have additional rooms available beyond this, there’s no reason not to book as soon as possible.
