Dollhouse

The thing that I find interesting about the show right now is that Echo is starting to develop a personality that is not Caroline. Echo is becoming self aware - which is really interesting. I always assumed when Joss talked about Echo becoming aware that she would start remembering and reverting back to her original self. ECHO becoming an actual person is far more interesting to me.

Ah, Solai! You are a man after my own heart. I feel exactly the same way about this show. If things had started out as “Man on the Street” did, I think it might be a different story regarding this show’s life.

Take her I get Echo:p
we should switch off next week

I completely agree. Until that episode there is/was no rhyme or reason to what was going on. Not enough of the plot of the overall story has been revealed to gain any sort of interest. To start revealing it 6 episodes in? That’s just suicide.

The Fox Execs are to blame for that. Starting with episode 6 is when Joss got to start making it the way he wanted it to be done.

Ya know what…I don’t fully buy that scenario. He still had to write the episodes that aired. He could have put more of the overall story arc into those, but he didn’t. No show runner anywhere is going to be able to run any show the way he/she wants to, the skill is in getting your plot across while maneuvering the execs, not leaving it out until you get your way. I also think Joss way overestimated the range of the “star” of the show.

I agree. I have had a serious crush on Eliza since, “Bring it On” in which she actually was a pretty strong actor in a piece of enjoyable fluff. In this show I care about everyone except her (ok, slightly harsh but mostly true. Her character is endearing and has her moments but I am much more interested when others are on the screen).

So am I. Sierra is all I’m saying.

Its November for me…she is purty

yeah, i read that fox wanted more stand alone episodes at the start of the season and then handed it over to Whedon to do his continuing story later on.
I actually may have read it on this thread somewhere so sorry if this has been said already. Its all happened before and will happen again.

Also, she cooks. That’s a keeper.

You are all out of your minds. The most beautiful woman on the show is Olivia Williams, aka Adelle DeWitt

Huh. There aren’t very many hot and compelling male characters on this show are there? Granted, yes, there is Paul - but other than being supernaturally hot, in the personality department he doesn’t seem to have a whole lot going on other than the whole obsession thing. Which leaves? Boyd? Topher? pre-Attic Dominic?, Victor? Mike?

Meh.

I think if I were a guy, I would be into Dr. Saunders or even Ivy at this point.

Hrm. Sierra, Saunders, November, DeWitt…

Yeah, seems like it’s easier on the eyes if you’re a guy (or girl-oriented girl.)

I have no complaint on this matter.

um Echo, hello
she is way better looking then all of them, except DeWitt, thats about a tie/

November is the most attractive Doll.

What a spirited and thought-provoking debate this has been!

I absolutely agree, DeWitt is the one for me there. Especially after the last episode.

Yes, she cooks. Also, she kills.

That’s a you-damn-well-better-keep-her.

Yup.

“Hey, hon? What should I do with these roses you bought?”
“Can you just put them in water?”
“Yeah, but these roses are red. There are 3 flowers in the vase. The third flower is green. If I mix them in there, it’s gonna look all wei… wait, what are you doing? Put down the knife… AHHHHHH”
