Zoe tries to rest and relax before her EVA on Venus.
Nadia is practicing.
Donner practicing in the lander.
Donner is practicing the more and more difficult simulations.
Zoe is trying to come up with her landing “line”.

Dr. Minitz and Paula talk. A psych eval.
Paula says at first she thought Beta was God.
But then he kept her from passing the test on the lander. Why?

Wass is trying to find some companionship for the evening.
No luck for the physics boy.

The one-word astronaut answer:
“Fine”
Nadia emerges from the tank.
Rollie: How was it?
Nadia: Like taking a nice warm bath. ( She’s smiling)
Next we see Nadia crouches on the floor of the shower, silently crying and hugging yourself.

Paula tells Mintz about her miracle.
Claire, the Mission Control doctor tells Goss that the crew’s genes are changing.

Claire puts the move on Mintz.

Paula believes that God brought Hector (Paula childhood pet) back to life after being hit by a car.
Mintz questions the details of Paula’s story, but Paula walks away.

Eve: I have faith in those 8 astronauts and I have faith in Beta.
On the Antares
The interior scenes are full of bright light, very clinical.
Lots of sharp angles. Bright contrasting primary colors.
And though I love the look of Antares,
it can’t compare to the warm homey feel of the beloved Serenity.

Jen passes her sensory deprivation test with Rollie’s support.
Present day:
Goss & Rollie in the jail cell.
Somehow Goss gets Rollie off.
Goss: “As far as you’re concerned, as far as I’m concerned, this never happened.”
Rollie: What about the girl?
Rollie walks out of the cell “'cause nothing ever happened”
On the Antares
Paula praying in her quarters. She begins to remember what her “miracle” really was.
She goes to Wass’ quarters and begins to sob in Wass’ arms. No surprise.
Donner is still at it.
Zoe is working on her landing line.
