Cool craaaaaap you've acquired/done lately

Sweet. I knew there was a reason why I held off on buying the DVDs with the exception of Razor.

Congratulations for the move to the light.

My mother has a red car. She did it first for a mid-life crisis then because they are very easy to find in a parking lot.

I am very happy for you. I understand your love of your art and how little people express their appreciation. I would love to hear some of your music. I am so proud of you and hope this is just a start to more good news, like a bit of money.

Well, Leah, as a matter of fact, I am accepting contributions. Please send a check or money order to me at the address I’ll PM you momentarily. Will you be donating one or two million dollars?

As to hearing my music, all you have to do is ask. I should hopefully have some things up more accessibly online by the end of the year when my web site gets finished (two years under construction. Woo hoo!). There are a couple of places on the web where I have things. One is the American Music Center, where you can browse their data base called “Explore American Music” or something like that, and find me (I think if you search for “Armando” I’m the only one you’ll find). There’s also my My Space page, www.myspace.com/armandobayolo. Or, you could PM me your address and I’ll gladly burn you a CD (though I warn you, with the school year starting in a few weeks and a business trip between now and then, nevermind how lazy I can get about disc burning, it might take me a while. But you would get it).

Congratulations Armando !! It must feel great to know that more people are going to hear the music you’ve created. And with the exposure comes more chance to be noticed, I would think. I can’t wait to buy an album with your work…so make sure that info is available to us here when the time comes !

So Say We All!!!

When you get famous will you give me your autograph?

How long till we see Armando on American Idol?

I’ll give you my autograph now, cause I’m as famous as I’m gonna get, I think. If I get more famous, no one will really know because famous contemporary classical composers are not really famous in a pop culture sense of the word. So, all those years of practicing the phrase “get that camera out of my face” while getting out of a car not wearing underwear were, sadly, wasted.

How long till we see Armando on American Idol?

How do you know I haven’t been on it already?

I knew you were Clay Aiken all along. I’ve been saying it for months now!

After months of negotiations I have convinced my company to move my office from NYC to my town in Connecticut, changing my commute from an hour and a half to roughly 15 minutes.

SWEET! That’s got to be one less thing riding on your shoulders!!

I love the dancing wookie  quite appropriate, too!

Excellent. We will expect to see you in the forums for additional 2 hours 30 minutes each day.

I’ve been uncovered. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Now, let me show you the measure of a man…

(Say it with me)

(You know you want to)

…IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!!

Whoot! That is sweet. And other youthful euphemisms of congratulation.

You know, if you were an effeminate man constantly fighting off wide-spread rumor of homosexuality, is it a smart idea to title your album “Measure of a Man”?

What kind of measure? IYKWIM.

Yeah. I went there.

That IS quite a score, Solai. Congratulations ! What a timesaver…really excellent !

Did this ‘negotiation’ involve the cessation of bathing, or the sudden redecoration of your office as a Star Destroyer ?

Congrats – but dude, it’s gonna cut into your GWC podcast time. You’re gonna be boned when it breaks the three-hour mark.

It’s what we call a ‘driveway hour.’
