Oh, and I’m back on the forum!

Starsaber and I live in the same general area. I did not know it until the post in the B&M thread.

I had lunch with the Artistic Director of the National Symphony Orchestra today. No deals were signed or anything, as it was basically a get to know each other/plant seeds type of meeting, but it was generally positive and all around cool.

Tomorrow, I have a meeting with the outgoing and incoming presidents of the Maryland/DC chapter of the American String Teachers Association to talk about a project I’ve got cooking (the one that the lead proponent of dropped out on a couple of weeks ago). Fingers crossed.

Omg, my BD390 came in today. Definitely gonna watch anime on my TV now. Can stream them off my PC. I can even watch youtube videos! I’m in geek heaven!! I hope I don’t stay up all night watching stuff.

“The Core” was the first movie in the player. Mostly because it was on the top of the DVD stack. Looks great. My old DVD player didn’t upscale. “The Core” is an underrated movie in my opinion. Gonna watch LotR soonish, but not tonight.

How many inches is that really?

60" diagonal. Seriously, I’m not even sure it can fit on our entertainment stand.
