Well would be in the eye of the beholder, we still have issues with his parents, but me and him have come to terms.
(we also did something I’ve never done before, which was nice.)

Nope. Though really, it’s not because it’s a huge secret but because this is the internet and you never know who’s reading (and Bear is a friend of the show, after all, so he COULD, conceivably, be lurking every now and then and don’t want to betray his trust. The man is being very generous just entertaining my ideas).
I’m just very giddy with excitement about this possibility and what it means for me and my group (which has at least two BSG fans. We were both squeeing loudly at our meeting/dinner party tonight).
On another subject: TNM, good for you. Here’s to it not being something you’ve never done before again. You’ll have to let us what driving a zamboni is like, though. Cause, that IS what you’re talking about, right? :rolleyes:

I turned in the giant project I’ve been working on all summer… so that’s good. I thought I’d be more excited about it, but there’s some craaaaaaaaaap that kind of ruined yesterday for me. And still makes me angry when I let myself think about it.
and in an attempt to keep my attitude positive, a cool thing about this project (i.e. the soul and summer sucking project of doom!). I totally got to use a variant on the line “all this has happened before and all this will happen again” which just made my inner self squee when I typed it

Okay, I’ve posted a few things in the bitch and moan thread over the last couple of days, so it’s time for some Karmic balance: my best friend from college called last night out of the blue to let me know he and his wife (to whom he’s only been married since March) are expecting their first child. I’m extremely happy for him!
My new computer was not letting me update my Apple software. I went to the store quite embarrassed that I did not know what to do. They said to instal the system software. Who me not the Apple worker. I did it and the computer is updated so hopefully that is all I needed to do. Scared the hell out of me but it seemed to work.
Why did they tell us in school that we would outgrow them, though?
I have two pieces of rye bread left—so as long as no one steals 'em for a sandwich or something—I’ll be able to get through breakfast tomorrow.
Tomorrow I can deal with the problem head on: I will go to the store and buy more rye bread (seeded of course).
