Yeah, he pulls through in the end though. I had a really REALLY hard time with this first time around
Are you speaking about how Garibaldi the character is acting at this point in the series, or the way the actor is acting in the past few years.

I try not to think about his real life. Makes it hard to like him.

Zathros is always fun. 
Zathras is just…LOL!
But now the rules are being applied to him, and that makes all the difference in the world. (Or station as the case may be.)
There’s a reason, of course. Everything about Sheridan angers him now.

If Garibaldi made a backup of his ID to sneak around the station, who did he think he would be trying to dodge, except station security?
