I am not sure how it started but the 15 after seems to have become a tradition.

We traditionally start at :15 after for rewatches. It is the way of things.
No translator oh could be confusion.
And so it begins.
I love how they don’t want to hurt her feelings. 
Love that water carafe.
Kindness is not universal.
When we first started doing the rewatches, some people couldn’t make it at the start of the hour, so we would wait for 5 minutes for them to get set up. then someone else would be a little later, or they were still a bit behind and we would wait another 5 minutes. The 15 minute mark became the point of no return and we would start then no matter what. After a very short time, it became expected that we would start at :15 after, and then it became tradition.
Thus endeth the lesson.
I mess up with live TV and start late sometimes. :eek:
