I’ve been kicking around an idea for a blog. However, though I’m a good programmer I have zero design sense. I don’t necessarily need a full theme, I can probably alter one of the free ones to suit my needs, but I have an idea in mind for a banner image that could be used in the design. I’m willing to pay for the work, but I can’t really break the bank right now since I’m closing on a house in a few weeks, so it might need to wait a couple months.
Any recommendations?
